Return Policy

Peta Tornaros does not accept returns for refunds. All full priced items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving . Returned goods must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and unaltered with product tags intact. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for undergarments. This includes boxers, g-strings and all underwear/swimwear products.

Refunds will only be issued in the case of faulty product which cannot be repaired or altered.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs will not be included in exchange/return costs.

 

Sizing

Sizing for all garments are available on the product page. All size flexible pieces will specify on the product page. Please email us for further sizing questions!

Shipping

All pieces ship out of New York City. Domestic US shipping is a flat rate of $9.00. International Shipping is a flat rate of $30. Please make sure all shipping addresses are correct. We are not liable for packages once an order has been shipped. We do not offer refunds for orders lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for orders to process and be shipped (in addition to time agreed for made to order pieces). All orders are shipped with recycable shipping boxes and wrapping.

We ship Internationally with USPS using their First Class Mail service. Tracking is limited. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail Service, please email us before placing your order. International customers may incur custom duties and taxes in your country. These fees are at the responsibility of the customer to pay. If you choose not to pay these charges, and the item is returned to sender, you will not be refunded for your order.
